C4 Fabrication 6th Generation 4Runner Lo-Pro Winch Bumper

This 6th Gen 4Runner Lo-Pro Winch Bumper delivers a clean, low-profile solution that integrates tightly with the factory body lines. It’s designed to add winch and lighting capability while preserving the factory look and driver-assist systems of the new 4Runner.

The bumper is constructed with an 11-gauge steel outer shell, and a 3/16-inch steel winch plate and mounting brackets to handle recovery loads. ¾-inch D-ring mounts are fully welded on both the front and back sides for maximum durability. The Lo-Pro is fully compatible with TSS, front camera, parking sensors, and driver-assist features. All trims are supported, though TRD Pro and Trailhunter models require minor trimming of the front skid for clearance. Installation requires cutting the center plastic portion of the factory bumper cover.

This is designed specifically for a Baja Designs S8 20-inch light bar, with confirmed compatibility for the RIGID 20-inch SR Series as well. Integrated light pockets accept a pair of Baja Designs S2 fog lights. Engineered to accept most 8K-12K winches, the Lo-Pro makes recovery-ready look clean and purposeful. Winches with relocatable control boxes fit best, while some integrated models may require minor trimming. Fitment has been confirmed with Warn Zeon XD 10-S / 12-S and Warn Evo 10-S / 12-S series winches. The bumper ships with all required mounting brackets and hardware. If a powder-coated option is not selected, the bumper must be painted or powder coated prior to installation to prevent corrosion.
