Dr. KDSS Rear KDSS Sway Bar Billet Clamp

These sway bar clamps are designed to replace the rubber bushings that are banded to your sway bars. Over time, the OEM bushings will come loose the more you use and modify your suspension. When these bushings fail, your rigid link and hydraulic shock will move inward. When this happens you run the risk of damaging the piston within the hydraulic shock. 

You only need 1 pair per sway bar. For added reassurance, you can place a clamp on each side of the KDSS link to help ensure your sway doesn't move again.

Installation Guide
Tools Required:

Socket wrench set
Torque wrench
Rubber mallet (optional for alignment)
Zip ties or bungee cord (to secure components during install)
Installation Steps:
1. Preparation:

Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface.
Use wheel chocks to secure the front tires.
Lift the rear of the vehicle and place it on jack stands for more space.
2. Removing OEM Rubber Straps:

Locate the existing rubber straps that hold the sway bar in place.
Carefully cut or remove the straps without damaging surrounding components.
3. Installing the Billet Clamps:

Align the new billet clamps to the designated positions on the sway bar.
Secure them tightly using the provided hardware.
Torque bolts to the recommended specification.
4. Final Adjustments:

Check for proper alignment and ensure no interference with surrounding parts.
Lower the vehicle and conduct a test drive to verify stability.
