This 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner was built to take the owner, their family, and their gear deep into the backcountry, far away from busy city life and packed recreation areas. Whether it's a remote mountain lake, a quiet spot tucked away in the trees, or a hidden campsite at the end of a long forestry road, this truck was built to get there reliably and comfortably.

Most trips start with an overland trailer in tow, loaded up with everything needed for a weekend away. Once camp is set up, the trailer becomes base camp while the 4Runner heads out to explore the surrounding trails, lakes, and backroads.

To support that lifestyle, the truck received a complete ELKA Suspension setup featuring 2.5 DC Reservoir Coilovers and Rear Shocks, paired with Dobinsons upper control arms, KDSS spacers, heavy-duty rear springs, and Timbren bump stops. The result is a truck that handles the extra weight of camping gear and towing duties while remaining comfortable on long highway drives.

The truck sits on Stealth Custom Series F5 wheels wrapped in 35-inch Yokohama Geolandar M/T G003 tires. Combined with Nitro 4.88 gears and an ARB Front Air Locker, the drivetrain is more than capable of handling technical terrain when the road eventually disappears.
