At KRAVE Automotive, we stand behind the brands we carry. As an authorized distributor, we work directly with our manufacturing partners to help resolve warranty issues as quickly and fairly as possible.

Warranty coverage, length, and terms are set by each manufacturer and vary by brand and product. In general, warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, and don't cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Labour costs are not covered. While we honour the manufacturer's warranty on every product we distribute, warranty coverage applies to the product itself only. Labour costs of any kind, including diagnosis, removal, installation, reinstallation, service calls, and travel, are not covered under warranty and will not be reimbursed by KRAVE Automotive.

What happens next: Our team will review your claim within 5-7 business days and may reach out for more information. Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, or credit at the manufacturer's discretion. Please don't send any products back until you've received a Return Authorization from us, as returns without authorization can't be processed.
