When this 2024 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro arrived at KRAVE, it was essentially a blank slate.
The goal was simple: build a truck capable of extended off-grid travel without sacrificing comfort, reliability, or capability. The result is one of the most comprehensive overland Tundras we've had through the shop.
Suspension & Load Carrying
A build like this starts with the foundation. With a tray, canopy, rooftop tent, recovery gear, and enough equipment for extended trips, the factory suspension simply wasn't going to cut it.
The truck received a complete ICON Vehicle Dynamics suspension package along with supporting components designed to maintain ride quality while carrying significant additional weight.
Suspension Components
- ICON 3.0 CDCV Front Coilovers
- ICON 3.0 CDCV Rear Shocks

Wheels & Tires
The truck sits on Toyota TRD Pro Rock Warrior wheels wrapped in 37-inch Yokohama Geolandar M/T G003 tires.
Getting 37s under a third-generation Tundra isn't as simple as bolting them on. The truck required a cab mount chop, alignment adjustments, and suspension geometry corrections to make everything work properly.
