Converting to the 934 allows for a full 28 degrees of movement verses the stock 21 degrees. In addition to the added strength the 934 design is also much shorter than the OE unit thus allowing for a longer axle length which reduces the CV angle in all ranges.  The increased range of safe operation angle also reduces inner axle bind which is the direct result of the outer Birfield failure.

Here is how it works:

JD Fab takes OEM stock inner CV's and machine them in house to accept proprietary laser cut 934 CV flanges. The flanges are then tig welded on the inside and out for maximum strength. After the welding is complete, they machine the assembly again so the modified stub shaft is perfectly balanced.  

A very small frame notch is required in order to clear the 934 assembly and includes fill plates that get welded back in.

All kits include bullet proof 300m axles that can be made to any length specified so this kit can work with any length arms.

The 934 kit comes complete with 934 CV's, 300m axles, boots, clamps, grade 8 socket head cap hardware, snap rings, frame fill plates and CV grease.
