Made from strong, aircraft grade 304 stainless steel, the Rago Battery Box offers protection on all sides of your Group 31 Battery. Most other brands are made from weaker, aluminum alloys. TIG-welded for a precise, snug fit, the Battery Box is easy to install and includes all the stainless steel hardware. This was designed to handle constant, rough terrain.

This stainless steel battery box was designed for heavy use off-road on vehicles like the 4Runner, Tundra, Tacoma, and many other trucks & SUVs. Other applications include race vehicles, classic cars, boats, and trailers. Some vehicles may require additional hardware, such as long threaded J-style battery bolts.

Note: This battery box is designed to install with the factory J-style battery bolts. Depending on model of vehicle, the threads on the factory J-style bolt might not have the adequate thread length to secure the battery. Replacement J hooks might be necessary and can be found at any auto parts store.
